Ian works in a range of different media. His work is an eclectic mix of subject matter and styles. Whilst he has an underlying interest in the urban and rural landscape and in particular industrial decline and urban decay, he strives to develop abstraction and struggles to avoid reverting to norm. Maybe he just needs to accept who and what he is and go with it. Ian lives and prints in Slaithwaite, West Yorkshire.
