Tony Carlton
I studied Fine art at Wolverhampton University and this is where my passion for Printmaking developed. I went on to complete a Masters in Printmaking at Camberwell College of art, London.
My work has gone full circle over the years, from being very loose large abstract screen-prints to a more detailed landscape prints, mainly etchings. I am currently working towards a style that brings these two styles together and I find printmaking to be the ideal method in achieving this.
Although my current body of work is etching I do also enjoy working with screen-printing, wood, lino and drypoint.
